Strategy Director — Kreasia, Petaling Jaya

I think
in systems.

Not because it sounds impressive, but because it's genuinely how I make sense of things — the incentives underneath a decision, the feedback loops inside a community, the structure that makes an idea repeatable rather than a one-off.

I'm Quah Jit, Strategy Director and co-founder of Kreasia. My work sits at the intersection of experience design, community building, and platform thinking. I don't just run events. I build environments where people, brands, and ideas interact in ways that create lasting value.

I'm based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, and I'm most useful to people who are trying to build something that compounds — not just something that happens once and disappears.

01
Community Platform
MANTAP

Most brand activations ask people to come to them. MANTAP does the opposite. It brings curated lifestyle and wellness brands directly into condominium communities, creating repeated, meaningful touchpoints with a defined residential audience. The idea is simple: the most valuable moment to reach someone is where they already live, not where you hope they'll show up.

02
Experiential / Cultural IP
Bayangkanlah

A rotating immersive exhibition series for children and families, co-created with MoSAIC Museum in Kuala Lumpur. Each edition takes a piece of Malaysian culture and transforms it into something children don't just observe but participate in. The first edition explored the history of KL through wayang kulit. The next explores filmmaking through the lens of P. Ramlee. The platform is permanent. The worlds keep changing.

03
Media Platform
Suddenly Adults

A podcast for Gen Z Malaysians navigating the real responsibilities nobody properly taught them. Taxes, EPF, housing, the cost of living alone. Honest conversations with people who actually know the answers. Because figuring it out alone is slower and harder than it needs to be.

I write occasionally about platform design, community building, and the gap between how things are structured and how they could work better. You can find that thinking on LinkedIn.
